CBD and Muscle Recovery. Don’t know how into fitness most of you are, but I’ve been using CBD roll ons (Humakina for those who are curious). Really helps with muscle inflammation. Anyone have more info on CBD, CBG, and fitness? : Health


Coming from a past abused marijuana addict & injured in body cuz inflammation (both for years):.
Weed gives an euphoria, it can make you feel nice and chill and relaxed, mind&body are connected. It can make you notice things outside the box via its creativity.. it has some upsides..but it’s a drug, and a user becomes a slave to the drug. I still let myself indulge marijuana smoke every few months but no way again I’m going to be a slave to it on a weekly/daily/hourly/MOMENTARILY basis. No thx. I have big plans for myself. 🙂 And weed.. doesn’t allow me to do much as it sucks up all my energy, couldn’t even do workouts (or even if I could id shortened them up so I could go back to slavery asap (xD) and smoke again). Basically in order to be healthy (and even more so – HEAL) you have to WORK OUT & STRENGHEN UP!(=heal). In order to do that properly I had to quit weed.
